PROJECT NUMBER TWO:  Francie's Orange Dress with Detached Hood interpreted into Laurie's Orange Dress with Detached Hood.  This ensemble was made with red-orange stretch velvet fabric, grey-black tweed ruffle, and black trim.  Matching orange tights were not available, so black ones will have to do. #FancyLikeFrancie #GroovyFashion
